In this research, attitudes of prospective teachers who were educated in the pedagogic formation certification training program towards teaching profession were reviewed. Sampling of the research that was carried out according to the screening model was formed from 322 prospective teachers. In the research, attitudes towards the teaching profession were compared according to sex, age, department, teaching profession experience and marital status. Difference of opinion was determined at significant level for sex among these independent variables. Also when attitudes of prospective teachers towards the teaching profession were classified with the discriminant analysis according to their training departments, 29.2% accurate classification ratio was reached. The attitudes towards teaching profession may be classified with 55.6 ratio in terms of sex variable. But, it was seen that this classification may not be done due to that Wald statistic was not significant.. Also, it was observed in the correlation analysis with scale of the attitude towards the teaching profession that the highest correlation was obtained in the sub-dimension of love. Mean of value sub-dimension of the scale was higher than love and adaptation. In general, it was determined that attitudes of prospective teachers towards teaching profession were positive.
